All fully assembled units are supplied complete with full installation instructions, a drilling template, screws, rawl plugs, cable ties and cable gland - all you need is a drill, some wire, and a screw driver.
Enclosures can be supplied blank for your own label, silk screened with your design or with your own label fitted.

2SP1CS
Conductivity unit (needs probe), Speed control, 2x Peristaltic pumps. Probe not included.
The detergent mixture strength is set by the installer and the unit will automatically add detergent as necessary to maintain the concentration.
The rinse chemical is dosed for the duration of the rinse cycle and the volume of the dose is controlled by the setting of the speed control which runs the rinse pump.
If the detergent supply is finished the pump could run for long periods without correcting the concentration. To prevent damage to the pump it can, if selected, be automatically switched off after 15 minutes of continuous running.
In this situation when the concentration declines further, a visual and audible alarm is given.

1SP1TCS
Conductivity unit (needs probe), Speed control, 1x Peristaltic pump, Transformer for 24 volt water solenoid. Probe & solenoid not included.
The detergent mixture strength is set by the installer and the unit will automatically trigger the 24 volt water solenoid to add a highly concentrated water and detergent mixture.
The unit is available without the transformer in which case a 220 volt solenoid is used.
The rinse chemical is dosed for the duration of the rinse cycle and the volume of the dose is controlled by the setting of the speed control which runs the rinse pump.
If the detergent supply is finished the concentration will decline further and a visual and audible alarm is given.

Double timer unit, Speed control, 2x Peristaltic Pumps.
This unit works on the basis that the quantity of detergent needed is predictable. The detergent is dosed by two timers, each of which is pre-set by the installer.
The first detergent dose after switching on is set to condition a freshly filled machine. For subsequent wash cycles the second timer provides a maintenance dose.
The rinse chemical is dosed for the duration of the rinse cycle and the volume of the dose is controlled by the setting of the speed control which runs the rinse pump.

This unit is for rinse chemical control only and the rinse chemical is dosed for the duration of the rinse cycle. The volume of the dose is controlled by the setting of the speed control which runs the rinse pump.

BIODOSRT
Biological dosing unit for dispensing enzyme material.
This unit runs from the 220 volt AC mains. The installer selects the interval between doses in one hour steps between 1 and 8 hours.
The volume of each dose is set on a timer which runs the peristaltic pump.
Used mostly for keeping drains clear and hygenic.
