On this page we describe the range of accessory items which enable the installer to configure his installation which ever way he chooses. These are all small devices associated with the fluid-handling side of the installation.

This probe screws together, and is installed by passing its thread through a 22mm hole in the side of the tank, below the water line, and tightening the polypropylene components of the probe together.
In this way a completely water tight fitting is made by the built in 'O' ring, without any other gasketing.
The detergent mixture strength is measured by the stainless steel tip of the probe inside the tank, and the brass connections, retained by a polyacetal ring, on the outside are wired to the conductivity controller.

The stainless steel strainer with built in non-return valve, fits the standard 6mm ID chemical piping and prevents debris entering the chemical pipe where it could cause blockages and possibly damage to the pump.
Also available without the built-in non-return valve.
Made entirely of stainless steel the unit does not corrode and the weight ensures that it lies on the bottom of the container.

Tank Connector
Made of PVC, this unit screws together and is mounted by passing its thread through a 10mm hole in the side of the tank, above the water line, and tightening the components of the unit together.
The push-on pipe connector fits the standard 6mm ID chemical piping.
A neat and tidy way to add chemical to the tank.

Saddle Clamp
The saddle clamp made with a brass body and galvanised steel U-bolt fits standard 15mm and 20mm (1/2 and 3/4 inch) galvanised steel water pipes.
The purpose is to tap into the water supply without having to interfere with the installed plumbing.
A 6mm hole is drilled into the water pipe and with the pick-up tube inserted into this hole the clamp is tightened to hold the assembly in place. The gasket seals between the clamp and the pipe.
The outlet connection thread is standard 1/8 inch NPT female. Matches the 1/8 inch NPT male thread of the threaded-one-side non-return valve. Also accepts the standard copper pipe compression fitting.
Provides a fast and easy connection with no mess or plumbing work to do.

Threaded-One-Side Non-Return Valve
Made of PVC, polyacetal and stainless steel, this one way valve has a push-on connection on one end which fits standard 6mm ID chemical tubing.
The other end is threaded with 1/8 NPT male which can attach directly to the saddle clamp or standard copper tube fittings.

In-Line Non-Return Valve
This one way valve, made of PVC, polyacetal and stainless steel, can be fitted where ever convenient in the length of chemical pipe.
It has push-on connections on each end which fit standard 6mm ID chemical piping.
Very effective and easy to install.

Adjustable In Line Venturi
Made of PVC, polyacetal and stainless steel, this venturi is threaded on each end with 3/4 BSP (NPT) water pipe thread for conveniently connecting the water flow.
Available with 3, 4, 5, or 6mm flow orifice. Can be ordered incorporating a tap.
The push-on connection for the chemical feed fits standard 6mm ID chemical piping and incorporates a built in non-return valve to keep the pipe fully primed.
The rate of feed is set by means of a polyacetal screw mounted in the body of the unit.
Requires a Strainer to keep the chemical pipe free of debris.

Mounted Adjustable Venturi E Feeder
Made of PVC and polyacetal, this venturi screws together and is mounted by passing its thread through a 16mm hole in the side of the tank, above or below the water line, and tightening the diffuser and the body of the unit together.
The push-on connections for both the chemical and water feeds fit standard 6mm ID chemical piping.
The rate of feed is set by means of a polyacetal screw mounted in the body of the unit.
Requires a Strainer / Foot Valve, or Strainer and Non-Return Valve to keep the chemical pipe fully primed and free of debris.
